Hi, I'm Courtney
Kneaded Relief is my little corner of calm in Tappahannock. I started it because I love helping people feel better in their own bodies, whether that means working out a stubborn knot or just giving you an hour to completely relax.
Every session is customized to you. We'll talk about what's going on, how you like your pressure, and what you want to walk out feeling. My goal is simple: you leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little lighter than when you came in.

Arrival
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. The space is shared, so arriving right on time helps keep things calm and comfortable.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is collected when you book online through Vagaro, and the remaining balance is due at checkout.

Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund of your deposit. Changes made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Please let me know as soon as you can if plans change.

Minors
Clients ages 16–17 are welcome with a parent or guardian on the premises. Clients under 16 need a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the whole session.
